In addition to nutrition advice and support the program integrates Power yoga.

 

Power yoga is a great solution for women who want to strengthen their core and firm up their bodies in a natural way whilst also benefitting from the usual calming and relaxing properties of yoga.

 

Power yoga also speeds up the release of toxins as you sweat more than a regular hatha yoga class.

Yoga
2 classes per week held at Chambesy Studio.

Each 1 hour class is a dynamic power yoga session which is a dynamic form of hatha yoga with awesome sweaty workout followed by a full body relaxation.
Nutrition
MEAL PLAN, RECIPE GUIDE & SHOPPING LIST Using these tools will eventually help you to remove harmful toxins from your organs and unlock your body’s natural ability to burn fat.

PANTRY DETOX
I will come to your kitchen; help you put together a brand new pantry full of healthy and tasty ingredients, which will help you to cook clean and flavoursome meals for the whole family.

GROCERY SHOPPING
I’ll take you grocery shopping and teach you where to find the best ingredients.
Motivation and Accountability
INDIVIDUAL HEALTHY LIVING COACHING Everyone is different and has different nutritional needs. Based on the health coaching form I’m going to give you a customized nutritional and lifestyle recommendation list to help you reach your goals.
