Menu Planning for September 28th (Turkcesi asagida)


When you plan your meals, you can literally free your life! You save time, energy and money by planning as you will spend less time-money-energy on shopping and cooking.


All you have to do is to spare some 30minutes in the week, before your shopping. Start by placing your family classics, checking the already available ingredients in the kitchen. And then adding 1-2 new recipes per week will motivate you and and the family members!


If you are trying to lose weight or control this will also help you to avoid unwanted surprises or last-minute quick but high-calorie fixes.


The internet and Instagram are full of new recipes, ideas and if you make this planning maybe twice per month, 4-5 times per year, you would add about 20 new recipes to your choices.




This way you can cook healthy and delicious meals with more motivation and learn new tastes and new cultures!


I decided to use my cook books in my library and next week’s menu is ready, below. I chose Ozlem's book on South Eastern Turkish cuisine. Her website is: https://ozlemsturkishtable.com
