Weekly Live Sessions
6 Yoga, 3 Workout, 6 Meditation
Live sessions on different topics every week (including a cooking workshop). Topics covered are habit change tactics, changing hormones, mindfulness and mindful eating, sleep, self-care routines, healthy nutrition, creating a balanced routine for movement and rest.
