I am teaching online yoga lessons to women like us, sharing the benefits of yoga, through meditation, movement and breathing techniques that help me a lot to deal with these problems.
My yoga classes are a mix of hatha-power and vinyasa styles, made especially for women over 40 years old, going through some hormonal changes and in need of relaxation and more energy, also getting stronger and lighter through these challenging times of their lives.
Classes are open to beginners as well as advanced students as I give alternatives for each level.

This program is for women who want to manage all the hormonal changes in their body, mind, and spirit in the best way to stay fit, energetic, and light.
We will do a dynamic mix of Hatha-power-vinyasa yoga,
learn how to get stronger by engaging and organizing the right muscles at the right time,
combined with breathing and always a relaxing end to the class.

This program is for anyone who wants to learn the techniques to release stress, improve sleep quality, restore the body, calm the mind and lighten up the spirit.
We will use Hatha Yoga essentials and I will guide you with different techniques for
• Breathing & Meditation
• Slow Flow relaxing and restorative yoga asana (postures)
•And Yoga Nidra
Every Tuesday 12:30 CET
This program is for yoga nerds like me, who want to learn more about yoga poses, inversions (e.g.hand or head stands), back bends, chakras, connection of body parts and emotions, modifications according to their body, self massage techniques with balls and rollers and more.
We will do 1 hour hatha-power yoga mix class and 15 minutes of workshop style, working on 1 or 2 poses deeper.

Private Yoga Sessions with Corrective Exercises
I am certified with Anatomy and Body Reading Advanced Yoga Training. In our private yoga sessions we work on your body's challenges through corrective yoga exercises.
Sometimes our pains are good reasons to get stronger and have a healthier body!
Thanks to yoga therapy methods, I can guide for your self-healing through myofascial massage, stretching and strengthening yoga exercises that you can do on your own following our sessions.
Some Notes for New Comers!
My little studio in Chambésy is ideally situated and easily accessible. Classes are small and intimate with no more than 4-5 students per group. There are 2 parking spaces available in my drive or alternatively in the street just below across my house.
Shower and changing facilites are available.
Antastha Yoga in Geneva!
In some classes we also explore the Antastha Yoga in these lessons, a special style of Hatha Yoga. From the Sanskrit word antastha – “the deepest“.
Antastha Yoga gradually brings you to that deepest place within you.
Using a blindfold in each of its series at one point Antastha Yoga takes away all the distractions of daily life during your practice and encourages you to focus on your inner space, on pratyahara, the withdrawal of the senses.
