Ketogenic (low carb-high fat) Bread-Muffin

Keto-bread/muffin with perfect texture and with feta& herbs!

 

A low carb-high fat solution to breakfasts or as snacks. 

 

It was a quick experiment so here is the approximate recipe!

 

INGREDIENTS

-2 cups of almond meal and a little more to adjust the consistency (I grounded raw almonds in my Vitamix-dry blender)

-1/2 cup of sesame -grounded

-3 eggs

-1 handful of herbs, finely chopped

-1/3cup of goat or feta cheese, mashed

-2 spoons of toasted pine nuts

-2-3 spoons of olive oil

- salt-pepper

 

METHOD

So I mixed them all with hands and I think my skin also benefitted all the goodness of these healthy oils!

 

Added some more almond meal to make the consistency not too thick or not too runny.

 

Then fill the muffin cups and sprinkled some black cumins.

 

Baked them in 180degree celcius oven for about 20-30minutes.

 

Check with a knife or toothpick and as soon as it comes out clear, muffins are ready!

 

The only problem is I just want to eat them all!!

 

Just wishing Low carb did mean low calories🤣🤣🤣

Keto-ekmek/poaça olur mu? Oldu valla!

Göz karari yaptim ama yaklasik ölçüler şöyle:

 

-2 kap Badem unu (yani cekilip toz haline getirilmis cig badem), ve hamur cok sulu olursa biraz daha ilave edebilirsiniz

-1/2 kap cekilmis susam,

-3 yumurta,

-1/3 kap lor ya da beyaz peynir ya da yogurt

-1 avuc yesillik (dereotu-nane-maydanoz yoksa maydonoz mu??)

-tuz-karabiber

-2 kasik dolmalik fistik (tercihen azicik kavrulmus)

-2-3 kasik zeytinyag

 

Hepsini ellerimle karistirdim (ve sanirim bu kadar faydali malzemeden cildim de faydalandi!!), ne sulu ne kati bir hamur oldu. Kasik kasik muftin kaplarina koydum ama kek kalibinda da olabilir. Üstüne de tabii çörek otu. 180derecede 20-30dakika kadar pisti.

Kahvaltida ya da atistirmalik olarak sahane bir secenek oldu!
