Freestyle Berry Tart
Berry season is soon! Here is a simple delicious tart, and no gluten-sugar-dairy needed. Just mix the ingredients on the 3rd photo, decorate as you like and bake!  Sometimes I like to be free style in the kitchen, no recipe, no measurement. Just my intuition of what I need, want and have at hand. On that day, I needed something sweet, not too hard, good looking and irrestibly smelling 😀All ingredients are fitting well into Vata and Pitta Dosha needs, easier on the tummy than many snacks or desserts around. You can couple it with a bit of coconut cream or strawberry puree.  Enjoy!

 - Ground Almonds
 - Coconut Shreds
 - Coconut Milk
 - Cinnamon
 - Pinch of Salt
 - Vanilla
