Pitta Body
– Medium built body and medium weight. Sharp bright eyes – Smooth, oily, warm, rosy skin – Strong appetite – Quick digestion – Loose bowels
– Room temperature or warm food and drinks – Sweet, bitter,and astringent tastes – Cooling foods (cooling by nature like coconut) – Cooked foods – by sauteing steaming, boiling, stewing etc – A little raw is ok, but not recommended as a main meal
Diet: Similar Qualities That Imbalance and Aggravate
– Acne, eczema, reddish skin, rosacea or brown spots – Reddish and dry eyes – Hyperacidity, heartburn – Acid reflux, ulcers – Unsatiated appetite – Prone to diarrhoea – Excessive sweat – Inflammation
– The energy of Pitta fire transforms. Gives a sense of radiance, purpose, passion – Pitta dosha uplifts others with its radiance – However, in excess, it becomes destructive and “burning” – The sharp and focused Pitta can burst into hot emotions like anger, bossy, jealousy
