Autumn Wellness Tips – Balancing

New Season New Habits! 🍁 I never knew that we must change some of our habits according to seasons and change the spices, teas, ingredients, bed times, exercise, yoga styles, etc accordingly. And now I feel really different since I started adapting them. Autumn is the Vata Dosha Time! And as Vata is the dosha of air and ether elements, it is the time of winds, cooler weather, dryness and roughness. I would like to share my Autumn wellness tips for your healthy daily routine!

That is why we crave warm-cozy afternoons, with a cup of tea in front of a fire with a soft blanket – all the things that are the opposite of what the season brings -so that we can balance! Check out Ayurveda’s tips for autumn, to live in harmony with this beautiful season so that you can thrive and bring health-immunity and longevity rather than feeling overwhelmed, dried, depressed or tired.
