Simplest yet most delicious tapas-meze! Baked Zucchini and Garlic!

3 ingredients, mini zucchini-garlic-olive oil and that’s it! 👌🏼

Baked in the oven until zucchinis surrender and garlics take the control!!

So so soo delicious! You must try this!

A few more details:

Just cut the mini zucchinis horizontally making a small hole for garlic slices to sit comfortably!

Slice the garlics as thin as you can to fit into your zucchini seats!

Sprinkle some salt, get the olive oil for this nice SPA experience of both!

Bake them around 20minutes, at 180degree centrigrade.

Serve warm or just cooled down!
