Cranberry & Orange Sauce

Delicious sugar free cranberry sauce, with maple syrup, orange, pecan and sweet Ayurvedic spices. Enjoy as is or as a topping for yogurts, granolas, porridges. This sweet aromatic sauce will change your mood.

  • 1 oven proof dish or tray


  • 1 Orange juice
  • 2 tbs Maple Syrup
  • 1 pinch of each Cinnamon, Vanilla, Cardamom
  • 2 star Anise
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • some Cranberries and Pecans


  • Just mix the orange juice and orange peel with maple syrup. Then add: Cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, and 2 star anise + 2-3 cloves. Pour this sauce over cranberries and pecans, mix well. Bake in the oven for 30min at 160degrees Celcius or until they are soft.
